Shipping & returns

Polos are held in stock and go out the same evening you order, so you are only waiting on transit. Tees are printed after you order, so their window covers production as well as delivery.

An order containing both ships together once the printed items are ready. The estimate you see at checkout always reflects what is actually in your cart.

You will get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second one with tracking once it ships. We currently ship within the United States only.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition you received them, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging, and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us. If it is accepted we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package. Items sent back without requesting a return first cannot be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, contact us straight away and we will make it right.

Custom or personalized items, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
